What is the general return policy of Zohmlife?
In an unfortunate way, you are not satisfied with the product or any reason that made you land on this page. We are sorry! But, there are various ways we can sort it out and remain good friends with a great sense of responsibility. We give an option to inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of products.
However, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind you can keep in mind to ensure a hassle-free experience:

●The product returned in its original packaging including the box, original invoice, and price tags.
●If the product is delivered at a date later than the delivery schedule.
In case the courier is not eligible, it will be sent back to you. You have the option to opt for a refund or exchange.
What should I do if I receive a Defective item or not something that I ordered?
In such situations, you can inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can inform us by writing a mail on @Zohmlife.info and sharing relevant pictures. The product should be returned in original packaging along with the original box, price tags, and invoice.
Since it's a spray supplement we are very rigorous with our quality checks. As soon as we receive the images and your items back, we inspect them to ensure everything is present and in original condition and then we issue the full refund or exchange with a similar or different item as per your request.
Please note that since it is an oral supplement we try to be extra cautious and don't entertain a return without any proof.
Payment made by card will be refunded to the same bank account; otherwise, an online transfer will be issued on the bank details shared by the customer.

There are zero hidden charges when you purchase Zohmlife. The prices stated in the final cart are exactly what you pay. Payments can be remitted through net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI (“Digital Payments”), and cash on delivery. Digital Payments are recommended to ensure faster processing of your order. Further, cash on delivery is not applicable for orders delivered outside India.

How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return, you can click the option of exchange or return under the delivered option. Once done a delivery pick-up agent will pick up the product for further proceeding. We will check the product to ensure a smooth refund or exchange.
What are the modes of refund after the exchange or return of the product?
The cash will either be reflected in your account within 5-6 business days or on your Zohmlife wallet and can be used for your next purchase in Zohmlife.
How much time does it take to get the replacement product delivered?
After all the quality checks and approvals the replaced product takes 10-14 days to get the new product delivered.
I have placed an order but due to some reason, I need to cancel it. Can I do that?
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the User within 14 working days.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
